The majority of our employees have been with IPS for over 15 years; many have been with the company since inception.

 

We pride ourselves on our self-performance capabilities, and our expert staff of 350 skilled trades personnel have specialized training and experience performing mechanical, process, electrical, rigging, design/build, and construction management services. The ability to self-perform allows IPS to control both project quality and project costs without having to rely on outside contractors.

 

In addition, we have a 100,000 square foot fabrication facility located at our corporate headquarters that enables IPS to meet any process piping demands while maintaining overall project quality in this controlled environment.
